2. Services Offered
Vedant Enterprises provides professional repair, installation, uninstallation, servicing, and annual maintenance (AMC) for the following home appliances across Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai:
- Air Conditioner (AC) — Split AC, Window AC, Cassette AC
- Refrigerator — Single Door, Double Door, Side-by-Side, Mini Fridge
- RO Water Purifier — Installation, Filter Replacement, AMC
- Washing Machine — Front Load, Top Load, Semi-Automatic
3. Booking & Appointments
When you submit a service request through our website, phone, or WhatsApp, it constitutes a booking request — not a confirmed appointment. Our team will contact you to confirm the date, time, and details of the service. Vedant Enterprises reserves the right to reschedule or decline a service request based on availability, location, or other operational constraints.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All service charges are subject to on-site diagnosis. The visiting/inspection charge (if applicable) will be communicated upfront.
- Repair costs include labour charges and the cost of replacement parts (if required). A final estimate will be shared with the customer before proceeding.
- Payment must be made upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, UPI, and online bank transfers.
- Prices mentioned on the website are indicative and may change without prior notice.
5. Warranty on Repairs
Vedant Enterprises provides a limited warranty on repairs as follows:
- Warranty covers only the specific part repaired or replaced, not the entire appliance.
- The warranty duration will be mentioned on the service invoice/receipt.
- Warranty is void if the appliance is tampered with by another technician, damaged due to electrical surges, misuse, or natural calamities.
- Warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, wear and tear, or unrelated issues.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- You may cancel a booking anytime before the technician reaches your location at no charge.
- Once the technician has arrived and inspection has begun, the visiting/inspection charge (if applicable) is non-refundable.
- If a repair has been completed and you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours. We will investigate and offer a re-service if the issue is within our warranty scope.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
7. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate contact details and appliance information when booking a service.
- Ensure safe access to the appliance and the service area for our technicians.
- Be present (or have an authorized representative present) at the time of the service visit.
- Inform us of any known electrical issues, water leakage, or other hazards at the service location.
8. Limitation of Liability
Vedant Enterprises shall not be held liable for:
- Any damage caused by pre-existing defects in the appliance that were not apparent during initial diagnosis.
- Loss of data, food, or other contents stored in appliances (e.g., refrigerators) during the repair process.
- Delays in service caused by unavailability of spare parts, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and code — is the property of Vedant Enterprises and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written permission.
